We will break it up into 6 groups of 18 Sun Salutations... of your choosing. Many modifications will be offered, earplugs and flowing is very cool, Savasana is counted as well ;)

The energy that is built in the room will be your guide on how your energy will flow. Listening to your body, breath, and mind, finding the other side of 108 feeling ready and refreshed.
